Excelente lugar, los muebles un poco antiguos pero todo en buen estado, la televisión solo hay cable pero no lo necesitas ya que vas a pasear si cuenta con internet, siempre hubo agua caliente cosa que en otros lugares que me he quedado en la zona no tienen, las habitaciones son muy privadas la mía era con tina de excelente tamaño y un balcon sin duda lo recomiendo

Preety nice hotel, excellent view for a photo from a window at the staris, you have a lot of restaurants near and a lot of souvenir shops around. The cost is reasonable and you can ask for a place to have a party or reunion at the top floor, where they have an area designed for that, with kitchen and bathrooms. It has no smoking area but you can smoke ouside your room, it has no disabled people access but you can stay at the first floor.

Las habitaciones son agradables; sin embargo, las que dan a la calle no justifican su precio. Sugiero hacer una diferenciación en las tarifas, ya que elegí este hotel específicamente por la vista y, en su lugar, nos asignaron una habitación con vista a la calle, que además tenía una conexión a internet deficiente. Pagar lo mismo que por una habitación con vista fue decepcionante.
Superó las expectativas. Un lugar muy acogedor, con todos los servicios necesarios para tener un buen fin de semana, con una buena ubicación y vista a la peña. La habitación familiar muy espaciosa y muy limpia. Me encantó en general el estilo y la decoración. El personal es muy atento. Excelente servicio.
After looking at all the little boutique hotels in the Center of Bernal and the horrible old beds and tiny bathrooms they offer, This place Hotel Mariazel was such a blessing! We were a traveling family with need of 3 beds and they had a perfect room at the top of the stairs with a double bed and two singles.. the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. The host family was thoughtful and kind. Prices were good. We had a great nights sleep and found walking distance to restaurants and food.
Muy rico, muy limpio,.el agua calientita , toallas y frazadas excelentes, aún que no había jabón el baño y a las 11 estaban reparando algo y a las 6 de la mañana reparando quien sabe que cosa, haciendo mucho ruido, el internet y más en la noche es pésimo. Fuera de ahí todo perfecto
